However, the Sharp consensus, which tracks recent analyst revision trends for a potentially more accurate estimate, predicts sales coming in below $22 billion.

For the quarter, Wall Street expects earnings per share of about 39 cents on sales of $22.1 billion, according to a FactSet poll of analysts’ estimates. A year ago, Tesla reported earnings per share of 52 cents on sales of $25.

Electric carmaker Tesla TSLA is scheduled to report results for the second quarter of 2025 on July 23 after market close. Tesla has gained about 56% over the past three months, outperforming the industry’s growth of 28.
