WJW-TV Cleveland on MSNICE raid protests enter 7th day in Los Angeles, CaliforniaProtests are slated for a seventh day as the sun comes up, with Marines possibly to be deployed within the next day. While that city remains the focal point for the protests, we're also seeing them ramp up nationwide.
The demonstrations coincide with a Flag Day military parade in Washington honoring the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom said President Donald Trump is “pulling a military dragnet” across Los Angeles during a brief public address on Tuesday.
Protests in downtown Los Angeles erupted on June 6 in response to a series of immigration raids in the city that resulted in at least 44 people arrested by federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
Newsom says Trump’s LA actions marks the onset of a much broader effort to overturn political and cultural norms.
It's been five days since anti-ICE demonstrations erupted in Los Angeles, some turning violent between protesters and law enforcement officers, prompting President Trump to deploy National Guard troops and hundreds of Marines.
The downtown curfew encircles the downtown civic center, including City Hall, the main county criminal courthouse, LAPD headquarters and federal buildings.
