On April 27, a large-scale Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) operation in Colorado Springs led to the detainment of more than 100 individuals alleged to be in the country illegally.

A soldier stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado has been charged with distributing cocaine after a DEA operation at an underground nightclub last week.

Federal agents raided a Colorado Springs nightclub, detaining over 100 people, mostly active-duty military personnel, but no criminal charges have been filed and the operation appears to have been focused on civil immigration enforcement.
