Diego Lopes is taking his UFC 314 loss in stride. On Sunday, Lopes (27-7 MMA, 6-2 UFC) released a statement on his unanimous decision loss Saturday to Alexander Volkanovski (26-5 MMA, 13-4 UFC) in the promotion’s vacant featherweight title fight main event at Kaseya Center in Miami.

Volkanovski wins by unanimous decision in his 10th straight title fight, snapping a two-bout losing streak and ending Lopes’ five-fight win run at UFC 314 in Miami.

UFC 314 will take place on Saturday, featuring an exciting title fight between Alexander Volkanovski and Diego Lopes, streaming live on ESPN+.
