A plane crashed at London Southend Airport in Essex, England, on July 13. Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service responded to the scene. A local resident who witnessed the crash recalled,

London's Southend Airport said, “All flights to and from the airport have been cancelled while police, emergency services and air accident investigators are attending the incident.”
