The University of Delaware graduate student struck and killed a speeding U-Haul truck near campus on Tuesday is from New Jersey, according to a report. Authorities have not identified the 24-year-old woman. Her fiancé’s co-workers told NBCPhiladelphia.com she is from New Jersey. She was pursuing a doctorate in chemistry.
