Apple Studios is producing the series based on I’m Glad My Mom Died. McCurdy and Katcher are co-showrunners and will executive produce with Aniston (via her Echo Films); Sharon Horgan and Stacy Greenberg of Merman Productions; Dani Gorin, Tom Ackerley and Josey McNamara of LuckyChap; and Jerrod Carmichael and Erica Kay.

Jennifer Aniston will star and EP a new Apple series based on Jennette McCurdy memoir, a role that won't impact a potential 'Morning Show' Season 5.

Aniston stars as Alex Levy on “The Morning Show” and is also one of that show’s producers. The series, whose fourth season launches on September 17, is based on a nonfiction book “Top of the Morning” by CNN chief media analyst, Brian Stelter.
