After more than a year of coaching the Los Angeles Chargers, it is glaringly obvious how much head coach Jim Harbaugh loves his star quarterback Justin Herbert. The pairing has gone viral before games when Harbaugh does his traditional pump-up and punches Herbert’s shoulder pads while screaming in his face.

Even in the middle of the night during the offseason, Jim Harbaugh wakes up thinking about how to support Justin Herbert.

"I just woke up the other day and said, I got to get Justin Herbert to the Hall of Fame. Must get Justin Herbert to the Hall of Fame," Harbaugh said.
