The man allegedly responsible for stabbing his coworker to death at the Kroger Distribution Center on Thursday has been identified. Anderson Todd, 55, was taken into custody and charged with Second Degree Murder following the deadly incident.

A man is in jail after a heated altercation that led to a deadly stabbing at Kroger Distribution Center. Anderson Todd is charged with second-degree murder. According to the affidavit, Todd stabbed Jarcoby Hopson four times.

Memphis Police reported an incident outside the Kroger warehouse center in South Memphis left one man dead, one suspect in custody.

Memphis Police (MPD) responded just after 9 a.m. to a wounding call at the distribution center on Bledsoe Cove and found a man had died. A police spokeswoman confirmed that it was stabbing. A Kroger spokesperson confirmed that the man was "an associate" with Kroger but did not further elaborate.
