Man accused of killing MARTA driver has turned himself in to police, charged with murder
MARTA police said the man who shot and killed a bus driver has turned himself in to police and has been charged with murder. The shooting left 47-year-old bus operator Leroy Ramos dead. Cell phone video recorded by a witness showed Ramos getting into an argument with three teenagers who refused to pay the bus fare.
