Billy Joel has canceled his upcoming concerts because of a brain disorder affecting his hearing, vision and balance, the singer-songwriter announced on Friday.

Rock legend Billy Joel, aged 76, has been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH), a neurological condition that has forced him to cancel his upcoming tour.

NPH is usually a treatable condition as long as it is caught early and treated quickly.
