Notre Dame football lands yet another ACC transfer, as the hot streak continues
It’s pretty safe to say that Notre Dame football is on a hot steak in the transfer portal. On Saturday, the Irish added three new transfer players in kicker Noah Burnette, and defensive linemen Jared Dawson and Elijah Hughes.

Notre Dame is not in the ACC for football despite playing a certain number of opponents each year in exchange for keeping its independence. But two players from programs in that conference have chosen to finish out their college eligibility with the Irish in 2025.
