Cars crushed, power lines downed after 60-foot tree falls in South Boston
A more than 20-foot-tall tree fell in South Boston on Friday morning, hitting cars, power lines, and damaging at least one building, police said. The tree fell on K Street around 5 a.m., blocking access to the road, police department spokesman Michael Torigian said in a statement.
