Ocean Lakes Family Campground, a subsidiary of The Jackson Companies, has partnered with the Billabong Surf Camp program for the fourth year.

The Surf & Stream campground had been eyed for a possible 245-unit housing development, Manchester Mayor Robert Hudak said.

The Little Groms Surf Camp teaches kids essential ocean skills and surfing with fun at Moonlight Beach.
