Carilion Clinic on Tuesday opened a $5 million simulation lab that brings an aspect of its medical education out of the basement and into real-world operating, trauma and delivery rooms.

Carilion Clinic has launched an Inclement Weather Alert System on CarilionClinic.org so patients and employees know when Carilion practices are closed due to severe weather.

Carilion Clinic has a program dedicated to Huntington’s disease. It’s through a partnership between the Department of Neurology and the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Medicine.
