Alarmed by reports that Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman is behaving erratically and posing a danger to himself, Senate Democrats have been meeting privately to discuss ways to help, the Hill reports.

Fetterman has missed 30 Senate votes this year, more than anyone except for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) and Murray, who missed a vote series to care for her husband in the hospital.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., was among those who voiced support for Fetterman. “He’s doing a good job, and he’s a good legislator,” Schumer said.
