The anglers cast Gulp! baits and Saltwater Assassins on the still-darkened flats, and boated 20-fish limits of top-of-the-slot trout each day. On Sunday, their 20th fish came aboard at 8:40 a.m.
The fish that we are targeting with these baits are whiting and pompano and their mouths are relatively small. That is why I recommend using a smaller amount of bait while targeting these fish.
