Newly declassified government files detailing "UFO" sightings during NASA’s Apollo missions are challenging long-running conspiracy theories that the Moon landings were staged.

After decades of secrecy, the White House says long-awaited UFO files will finally be released.

“The American people can now access the federal government’s declassified UAP files instantly,” the department wrote on X, referring to unidentified anomalous phenomena, the modern term for UFOs.
