Tesla started shipping its $3,000 Basecam rooftop tent recently, and it looks very similar to the optional camping pack that General Motors offered in the early 2000s for the ill-fated Pontiac Aztek.

Borrowing inspiration not only from the ill-fated Pontiac, but the overlanding trends of other automakers, Porsche is expanding on the Aztek's popular tent.
