A Texas longhorn cow that escaped her pasture had to be killed by deputies in Dodge County due to her aggressive behavior.

When it reached an open field, one deputy shot at and hit the cow. It charged in the direction of another deputy's squad car.

The Texas Longhorn made several violent charges at people trying to corral it. Deputies eventually put the animal down.
