Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson is among the top names in this year's NFL head coaching cycle —and according to one NFL insider, he's become "the candidate to watch" for one team in particular.

The Las Vegas Raiders are looking for their next head coach and minority owner Tom Brady is very involved in the search. He's competitive and wants the team to hire the best coach available because he wants to help turn this thing around.
