GREENFIELD — The homeless man who was arrested in April for sleeping around the courthouse plaza after being trespassed from the area saw his case dismissed in Hancock Superior Court 2 on Friday.

Jazlen Gonzalez Escobar’s case was dismissed Dec. 31 by Judge Tyler Kissell, who has overseen the cases tied to the protesters since late 2024.
