Wipeout 3 gets gamers back on their favorite insane obstacle course game show, complete with updated features, even more wacky characters, and all the epic wipeouts players can handle.

It's a spiritual successor of sorts to Nintendo's F-Zero and Sony's Wipeout video game series, rewarding smart play and keen understanding of how to control its futuristic vehicles.

A contestant on TV's "Wipeout," a man in his 30s, died after completing the show's obstacle course, authorities and sources close to the production said.
