We have issued a First Alert Weather Day for Sunday. Heat and humidity will stay steady, providing plenty of instability for thunderstorm development late Sunday into Sunday night. There’s a Slight Risk (category 2/5) of severe weather in Holt Co.
Heading into the middle of the week, high pressure may begin to strengthen just enough where daily rain chances will go down a notch. A few showers and storms are still expected each day, but coverage of rain may become less widespread for the middle and end of the week.
