Duke Energy is reporting 9,000 power outages from Tallahassee to Port St. Joe. Tuesday’s historic winter storm is to blame, as utility crews work to get customers’ lights back on. Additionally, Florida Power & Light websites show outages in the area, there are 1,150 outages in Bay County, 6 in Okaloosa County, and 1 in Walton.
