More than four years after the shooting deaths of seven Laotian workers at an illegal marijuana farm in Southern California, authorities revealed Friday that they believe the killings were carried out by gang members and pleaded with people to come forward with any information.

On Friday, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco held a press conference to give updates on the 2020 mass murder. Just after midnight on September 7, 2020, several suspects stormed a home on the 45000 block of Highway 371 in what appeared to be a home invasion robbery of an illicit marijuana operation.
