In preparation for another round of cold weather, Houston opened 10 warming centers Sunday night with some Harris County precincts and Fort Bend County officials also announcing warming centers.

As temperatures plunge to dangerous levels, Houston and Fort Bend County are some of the areas with open locations to provide a warm place to stay.

Hours vary by location. Houston, Harris County, Montgomery County, Brazoria County, Galveston County and other Houston-metro municipalities had not opened warming centers as of 3 p.m. Monday.

You can find a warming center in Robstown, Banquete, Bishop, Driscoll and other parts of the county.
