The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is keeping speed restrictions in place on several interstates in the northwest region as a winter storm continues to impact travel.
No commercials vehicles will be permitted on Pennsylvania's Interstates starting at Sunday, Jan. 25 at midnight.
