CINCINNATI — The Cowboys signed defensive tackle Justin Rogers off of the Bengals practice squad. Rogers played for Dallas in training camp, but was part of their final cuts. The Bengals sign him to their practice squad in August. He spent the first 15 weeks in Cincinnati, but didn't appear in a game.
