Lairon Graham was sentenced a year ago to 22 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and four counts of sex trafficking by force or coercion. In his last days in office,

President Donald Trump criticized former President Joe Biden for his handling of the fentanyl crisis and sent a message to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Trump stated he set up a deal with Jinping where he would have imposed the death penalty on fentanyl dealers in China sending drugs to the U.

Jinping had previously told Biden on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit that “China is ready to work with the new US administration to maintain communication, expand cooperation and manage differences, so as to strive for a smooth transition of the China-US relationship.”

I guess sex trafficking, violent assault, gun possession and murder all count as “non-violent drug offenses” in Joe Biden’s America, and crime victims are irrelevant.
