As of Jan. 22, the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (256GB) is on sale at Best Buy for $999.99, marked down from the standard price of $1,299.99. That's a 23% discount that'll save you $300.

Samsung unveiled its latest Galaxy S25 smartphone range earlier this week, meaning you can now get many of its older models for less. This includes the S24 range, with Amazon offering the lowest price around for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra .

Despite the upgrade to Snapdragon silicon on the S25, the S24 could be a better buy. The 256GB S24 is currently £599 at Currys, a full £200 less than the new S25 with only 128GB. Unless you’re a really fussy phone buyer who must have the best available, that’s a big saving on a phone with the same screen, design, camera and soon, software.
