WASHINGTON − Democrat Adelita Grijalva won the Arizona special election to fill the U.S. House seat left vacant by her late father, Raúl Grijalva, The New York Times and NBC News reported Sept. 23.
TAMPA, Fla. — The much anticipated special election is happening Tuesday for the District 5 city council seat in the City of Tampa. Polls have now closed, and results are expected later this evening.
