KYIV, Ukraine (AP) — Russian missile and drone attacks overnight on Ukraine’s capital city killed at least 13 people, including a 6-year-old boy, and wounded 132 others, authorities said Thursday.

The Russian army carried out a drone attack last night on a civilian industrial facility in Balakliia, Kharkiv region, according to the head of the Military-Civil Administration, Vitalii Karabanov. “As a result of another enemy attack using strike UAVs,
