Jaylen Waddle is rumored to be on the trade market and the Giants just may be an interested partner as the deadline approaches.
The Broncos are back home, and you can watch them from home, with a local channel carrying the game. Kick off versus the Giants is at 2:05 p.m. MDT on Sunday, Oct. 19. A nine-hour flight to the United Kingdom won’t be required to watch the Broncos in person this week.
Kevin Harlan (play-by-play) and Trent Green (analyst) will call the game for CBS with Melanie Collins reporting from the sidelines. On the radio, the game will be locally broadcast on KOA 850 AM & 94.1 FM. Fans in the green areas on the map below will get the Broncos - Giants game on their local CBS channels, according to 506sports.com.
The Giants are looking for some wide receiver help ahead of the No. 4 trade deadline after being hit with injuries at the position. According to Connor Hughes of SNY, the team has been “aggressive” in its search to add a receiver to pair with rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. Sources told Hughes the Giants are “big-game hunting.”
That started with the $151 million contract the Giants gave third baseman Matt Champman last September. After that, new president of baseball operations Buster Posey made a splash in free agency, signing shortstop Willy Adames to a seven-year deal worth $182 million, which set a franchise record.
The Giants will see a familiar face across the field when they travel to Denver for their Week 7 matchup against the Broncos. There on the opposing sideline will be former Giants backup quarterback Davis Webb, who is in his third season as Broncos quarterbacks coach. And he’ll see the first QB he worked with after becoming a coach: Russell Wilson.
