Franklin isn't the only notable person gone from Penn State. Quarterback Drew Allar, a three-year starter, was ruled out for the season after suffering an injury in last week's loss to Northwestern. Allar was replaced by Ethan Grunkemeyer, who has thrown just 13 career passes entering his first career start this week.
