As Mike Sullivan is fitted for Broadway Blue instead of Black and Gold, the Bruins’ coaching search continues. Where it will land is still anyone’s guess at this point.

You could make the case that in 2005-06, Mike Sullivan was not ready to coach the Boston Bruins. He was 38 years old when the season concluded. He had yet to experience the NHL’s peaks and valleys.

The Bruins would be wise to consider Sullivan for their head coach job, assuming he has any interest. His resume speaks for itself. He also understands the market and has plenty of ties to the area.
