A federal judge in New York has sided with Houston attorney Tony Buzbee in his case against Jay-Z, finding the rapper's attorney engaged in "ad hominem" and "inflammatory" attacks against Buzbee. The Houston attorney, a flamboyant personality in his own right, has become a key player in the A-list hip-hop scandal.

Jay-Z is not taking the attacks and accusations lying down. The Hip Hop mogul has taken legal action against attorney Tony Buzbee, accusing him of defamation and extortion in response to a recent sexual assault allegation.

Tony Buzbee just received a small victory in court, according to reporter, Meghann Cuniff. As we previously reported, Jay-Z’s legal team filed paperwork earlier this month for the plaintiff to reveal her identity.
