Bryan Mbeumo wore Manchester United shirts with Cristiano Ronaldo growing up and is now excited to follow in his footsteps at the “biggest club in the world”. The 25-year-old finally completed his move from Brentford on Monday for £65million plus a potential £6million in add-ons after weeks of negotiations.

The Athletic’s David Ornstein reported Thursday that United bid $87 million up front and close to $7 million in add ons to Brentford for Mbeumo, and Sky Sports are among those sayin g the bid's been accepted and the Cameroon international is set for a medical.

Mbeumo joined United on Monday from Brentford in a deal worth in excess of £70 million ($94m), and despite scoring 20 goals in the Premier League last season, the forward said he can do even better at United.
