Muskegon City Hall open as warming center
MUSKEGON, MI - Amid freezing temperatures and ongoing snowfall, the city of Muskegon has opened their city hall as a warming center for residents. The city commission chambers are open until 5:30 p.m.

"Try to get them [unhoused individuals] in if you can, or tell them to stop them and make them aware that the warming centers are open. Get in. Its gonna be cold.
