Stephanie White, the head coach of the Fever, recently opened up about her star forward. Following the win over Connecticut, White spoke out about Boston. She revealed her strong opinion on the star forward and also shared that she wants to find more ways to get Boston involved.
Boston moved from the US Virgin Islands to Worcester when she was 12, and had "a lot" of friends and family at TD Garden for Tuesday's game. She also had an uncharacteristically rough night.
In a matchup against one of the best young bigs in the league, Charles and Boston had a bit of a heated moment as they battled in the post. Boston tried to jockey for positioning to receive an entry pass from star guard Caitlin Clark, but she ended up on the ground after a shove from Charles.
Throughout her third season with the Indiana Fever, Aliyah Boston has posted 16.2 points, 7.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game. Boston leads the team in rebounds and has continued to show incredible improvement in the scoring realm.
