MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Star paceman Pat Cummins has been ruled out of Australia’s T20 World Cup campaign in Sri Lanka and India, failing to recover from a long-term back injury ahead of the final squad deadline.

Australia have also named their T20I, ODI and Test squads to play India, with Nicola Carey making her return to the international fold in the white-ball formats, while 19-year-old quick Lucy Hamilton could make her Test debut after being named in a national squad for the first time.

The Indian cricket team shattered multiple world records during the fifth T20I against England as they went on a six-hitting rampage. India hit 23 sixes in the match and 69 in the series as they put up a mammoth total of 271 on the board.
