Jolie has always claimed her ex, Brad Pitt, was abusive to her and her children. According to The New York Times, Jolie filed a countersuit against Pitt in their never-ending “War of The Rosé” battle over the Miraval chateau and vineyards they used to co-own.

Pitt and Paltrow began dating in 1994 before getting engaged two years later. They called it quits before making it down the aisle.
