The property will become "Concourse Park," a residential community with 300 apartment units, a dog park, pool, clubhouse, golf simulator and more amenities.

The Brownfield funding will support the redevelopment of 23 properties in 19 towns and cities. Once completed, the sites could attract $218 million in investments.
