Prince Harry and Meghan Markle considered changing their family name to Spencer amid passport delays for their children, reportedly fearing King Charles opposed their HRH titles.

The Duke and Duchess waited months for British passports to arrive and reportedly believed the delay had something to do with the Firm, it's being said.
