The Boston Red Sox made a series of roster moves on Friday, including calling up a Triple-A infielder in place of Marcelo Mayer.

Facing Angels lefty Yusei Kikuchi, the Red Sox will go with their righthanded lineup, with Rob Refsnyder in the customary leadoff spot. One change: Jarren Duran, who had been dropped to sixth against southpaws, has been elevated to second in the order.
