The Pacific Northwest’s largest “No Kings” protest is set to take place in Seattle on Saturday, alongside several other rallies across western Washington.
SEATTLE — The Seattle Police Department estimated the No Kings march stretched more than a mile long Saturday. Organizers with Seattle Indivisible reported preliminary counts of nearly 90,000 people taking part.
Protesters marched and chanted against the Trump administration in Washington, D.C., on Saturday (October 18) as thousands of planned "No Kings" protest rallies took shape in the United States and abroad.
Protesters, including many from Westchester, gathered en masse to march the streets of Manhattan for a nationwide day of No Kings protests on Oct. 18.
Massive "No Kings" rallies were held from coast-to-coast Saturday, including in New York City. Organizers say the demonstrations are intended to defend First Amendment rights and the fight for democracy.
