An incoming storm, powered by the lingering bits of Tropical Storm Priscilla in the Pacific Ocean, could bring heavy rain and flooding to parts of Southern California to start the week.

Mitt Romney's sister-in-law was found dead on Friday evening next to a parking garage in the Town Center area of Santa Clarita, a suburb just north of Los Angeles, according to officials. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department told ABC News it is conducting a death investigation into the death of 64-year-old Carrie Romney of Valencia.
