Legal advocates fighting the president's order to restrict citizenship from babies born to certain immigrants are turning to class action lawsuits to stop his policy.

A federal judge again barred President Donald Trump's administration from enforcing his executive order limiting birthright citizenship nationwide after the Supreme Court restricted the ability of judges to block his policies using nationwide injunctions.

A New Hampshire judge issued a ruling pausing President Donald Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship. He also certified a class action lawsuit on behalf of children who would be affected by the president's order.

"Respect is good. I like to offer mine and I like to receive it," Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva said.
