These special employees are on the move and hard at work this week. 🐷🚜 The hogs of the Midwest Center for Regenerative Agriculture (MCRA) at Powell Gardens have a big job— they’re tilling and preparing the ground for a future elderberry agroforestry pasture! But first, their enthusiastic rooting will help our crew plant asparagus lanes. Once the soil is broken up, it will be planted with seed cover crops and the hogs will move on to the next row.
