LASAGNA SOUP | Fall Soup Series, Episode 2 🍂🍝 It has all the best parts of lasagna, with Italian sausage and beef, a rich tomato broth, broken lasagna noodles, and a little cream at the end. Then there’s the ricotta mixture with mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil, which is probably my favorite part. I like adding a big spoonful to each bowl so it gets a little melty as you eat, but you can also dollop it straight into the pot if you want.
